I read somewhere that one way to make sure you keep up with a regime of exercise, dieting or anything else is to be "externally accountable" - so here's a log of my efforts to keep up with the schedule from the Basic Guitar Workout !

Workout Mon - Thu 12/3
Bit of a catastrophe on the hands front. Grooming the dog, she decided to object and bite my left hand - resulting in a fairly painful second finger, not really suitable for guitar playing ! Getting better now though, so easing back into playing again...
